I think Hard Times would make a great pairing with Georgia On My Mind and also further demonstrate the breadth of style and interpretation that can be had when exploring these songs. The guitar he’s playing is a Grez, owned by Tommy Harkenrider (who can be seen very briefly in the video). Great sound from the Grez - I want one, but they’re not cheap!
