This is one of the best guitar videos on Youtube. Many videos exist of people playing it and trying to teach it, but they frequently do not play it correctly. This is true of some top players I’ve seen play it on Youtube. There are variaitons of the song depending on what version you here from Magic Sam but if somebody where to teach this correctly it would be awesome. Maybe it would grab some new patrons or subscribers???
Joel Patterson does it correctly. He’s a real stickler for detail and authenticity.

I’ve never gotten this anywhere near reallty playable. I put it down for a while. THough very slow, I keep thinking that I have the parts down correctly but when I come back to the song I find that I wasn’t really playing it right. 
That sounds very familiar

I was thinking of Rhett Shulls video when I posted this abd he gets closer to it than some blues players do. He gets close and still gives up.
